Wow, what an incredible season of giving! Thanks to the generous donations by our community and local businesses Operation Doing More was able to fulfill 363 Giving Tree Tags and successfully adopt and provide for 25 families made up of 105 individuals.
Thanks to everyone who donated this year, Christmas is a little brighter, warmer and more magical for so many around us.
Merry Christmas everyone from your thankful friends at Operation Doing More. We couldn’t do this without the help of you all.
As we have done in past years Operation Doing More will be having a Giving Tree “Tag Auction” this afternoon and again this evening. We will list a tag number with the child’s age and gender and the gift requested. If you would like to purchase this item then comment “sold” on our post. These gifts need to be turned into one of our drop locations by December 10. Thanks again to all of you who help to “Do More” this holiday season!
To take part in the auction visit our facebook page www.Facebook.com/OperationDoingMore
This holiday season Operation Doing MORE is working to rally local resources to fill more than
400 children’s gift and clothing requests via Salvation Army Angel Tree gift tags and sponsor 15 families.
We are encouraging local businesses and individuals to sponsor a local family in need, collect new coats and socks or donate funds to help those in our community. Together, we will help DO MORE for those in need.
The deadline to fill tags and adopt a family needs for the 2016 holiday season is December 10th.

Operation Doing More is already well into the planning phase of our 2016 holiday campaign. This year we are planning DO MORE, adopting out 15 families and helping to fulfill 400 gift and clothing requests via Salvation Army Angel Tree tags.
If you or your office would like to help by committing to purchase gifts or household items for individuals or a family, let us know! We would be more than happy to add you to our list to receive a family to adopt or tags.
Family and tag information will be ready for distribution the second week in November. This year’s Salvation Army deadline is December 10th for turning in Angel Tree gifts and family donations.
Thank you for helping us to DO MORE this holiday season!
